Request Return

Wixii offer easy returns for refund, store credit or exchange on all orders that meet our simple returns criteria below.

- Order to be returned within 14 days of delivery date.

- Garments must be in original condition upon return.

- We do not accept returns on final sale garments.

To request a return:

- Simply click on Account located in the top right corner of our website.
- Input the email used to create your original order and select Continue.
- You will receive an email with a 6 digit unique code - input and select Submit to access your order history.
- Find and select the order you wish to return and click Request Return in the upper right hand corner.
- Fill out all fields to complete form. 

Once your request has been processed by our team you will receive an email including further instructions to complete your return.
